David Foell is the President of NP Construction Company. Mr. Foell has over 30 years of experience in managing the construction of custom homes, single family homes and affordable housing projects. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of all construction-related activities including working with the architects, engineers, sub-contractors, purchasing, budgeting and all public and permitting agencies.
Mr. Foell’s emphasis is on multi-family affordable rental housing projects requiring a contractor with understanding of all the requirements of building and financial reporting for projects financed with government subsidized loans. The principals of NP Construction have many years of construction experience and also have the ability to provide payment and performance bonds. Mr. Foell has built many long-term relationships with subcontractors who represent a key component to ensuring the highest quality standards and workmanship, project by project.
NP Construction utilizes the latest in construction management software to ensure the team has the tools to work effectively and efficiently both in the office and on the job site.
Mr. Foell has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior from Pepperdine University.
