David Wohl

David Wohl has worked in the financing and development of affordable multifamily housing for more than 30 years. He is the President of Newport SW, a developer of affordable housing throughout Arizona, and of Sabino Community Development Resources, a consulting firm based in Tucson, Arizona that works with affordable housing developers and investors across the country to obtain financing for their projects and analyze potential debt and equity investments.

From 1988 to 1998, David was the founding Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Cincinnati Development Fund, a community development financial institution that served as a financial intermediary between financial institutions and affordable housing developers in a seven county area in southwest Ohio and northern Kentucky.

David practiced law in the states of Georgia and Washington from 1977 to 1986. He has an MPA degree from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government (1987), a JD from Emory University (1977), and a BA in Philosophy & Religion from Colgate University (1974).

He is the Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors of both the Primavera Foundation, which provides pathways out of poverty through affordable housing, workforce training and development, and emergency services, and the Contemporary Art Society of the Tucson Museum of Art.
